Return and Exchange Policy

 

WE WORK EXTREMELY HARD to ensure our products are of exceptional value and have all been quality-control-checked by manufacturing partners before they package the items and send them out to you. 

We want you to be really happy with everything that you buy from us, but sometimes things just don't fit or are not quite what you expected, so of course we are happy for you to return or exchange them.

WHEN CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

If you need to exchange an item for any reason, just send it back to us in brand new condition, unused, undamaged and still within its original packaging. This applies to any accessories that came with the item that you purchased.

We’ll exchange it like for like or for another item if required and make any adjustments to your order as needed. 

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Please email us to start the returns process (info@actuarystore.com).  Once your return has been approved, you will receive a label to return your goods - usually via Royal Mail.

CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?

If you need to return your purchase for any reason, just send it back to us in brand new condition within 30 days of purchase. We’ll refund as required (less £4.99 return postage).
